We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return a product, please follow the guidelines below:

A. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned unless faulty/ damaged.

B. Refund Process

• Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
• Approved returns must be sent back at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty.
• Refunds (excluding shipping fees) will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
