Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition as received
- Returned with proof of purchase or order number
How to Request a Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes, discovery sets, testers, and fragrance products cannot be returned once opened, sprayed, used, or unsealed, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as Luxury Essence is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
Please include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used perfumes
- Opened discovery sets or testers
- Items returned without original packaging
- Items damaged after delivery
- Gift cards or promotional/free items
This does not affect your statutory rights.
