How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collection, add your chosen products to your basket, and proceed to our secure checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your purchase is complete.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to amend or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. Once your order has been successfully placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation containing your order details.


Delivery & Shipping

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom. International shipping may become available in the future.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery times depend on the shipping option selected at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

What happens if my parcel is delayed?

Occasionally, courier delays can occur. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we’ll investigate immediately.

Are your fragrances authentic?

Yes. Every Luxury Essence fragrance is an original creation, expertly crafted using premium ingredients. We do not produce dupes, replicas, or imitations of other brands—each scent is uniquely designed to deliver its own distinctive character and long-lasting experience.

How should I store my fragrance?

Store your fragrance in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat to maintain its quality and longevity.

How long do fragrances last?

Unopened fragrances typically last several years when stored correctly. Once opened, we recommend using them within 24–36 months for the best performance.

Why does the fragrance smell slightly different on my skin?

Fragrances react differently depending on individual skin chemistry, body temperature, and environmental conditions. This is completely normal.


Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?

Yes. We accept returns in accordance with our Returns Policy. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition unless faulty.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We’re sorry if this happens. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photographs of the damaged item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.

How long do refunds take?

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, refunds are usually processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.
